Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly has named two California lawyers co-chairs of the firm's intellectual property practice: Silicon Valley partner E. Patrick Ellisen and Orange County partner Bruce Canter.
Promoted to the posts May 24, Canter and Ellisen provide strategic guidance for the firm's patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets practices.
Oppenheimer Wolff also has named Valerie M. Wagner co-managing partner of the firm's Palo Alto outpost. Wagner focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. She will share management duties with Tim Huber, who had served as the sole managing partner in Palo Alto.
Based in Minneapolis, Oppenheimer is a full-service firm with 250 lawyers located in offices throughout the United States and Europe. In California, the firm has offices in Palo Alto, Los Angeles and Newport Beach.
