Pachulski Stang: BANKRUPTCY BOUTIQUE WELCOMES OF-COUNSEL
Los Angeles-based uber bankruptcy boutique Pachulski Stang Ziehl Young & Jones has recruited Jason Pomerantz as of-counsel. Pomerantz, 36, joined the firm June 3.

Specializing in complex corporate reorganizations and liquidations both in and out of bankruptcy, Pachulski Stang is known nationally as a top-tier firm in insolvency work along with Los Angeles competitors Stutman Triester & Glatt and Klee Tuchin & Bogdanoff & Stern.
The firm represents the parent corporation of Pacific Gas & Electric in the San Francisco-based electric company's Chapter 11 reorganization and served as employees committee counsel in Orange County's Chapter 9 bankruptcy. It also represented Landels Ripley & Diamond in the San Francisco law firm's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case filed June 2000.
With the addition of Pomerantz, Pachulski Stang has 72 attorneys in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City and Wilmington, Del.
