Olson Joins Team Representing Burst.com in Antitrust Lawsuit

Douglas Olson of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison announced July 24 that he has joined Spencer Hosie of Hosie Frost Large & McArthur and Robert Yorio of Carr & Ferrel in representing Burst.com.

        Douglas Olson of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison announced July 24 that he has joined Spencer Hosie of Hosie Frost Large & McArthur and Robert Yorio of Carr & Ferrel in representing Burst.com.
        Burst filed suit in June against Microsoft Corp., alleging antitrust and patent violations in regards to its upcoming Corona Windows Media technology, which provides live streaming video and audio. Partners Michael Lacovara and David Tulchin of Sullivan & Cromwell are representing Microsoft in the case.
