Associate Judge Carlos Moreno of the California Supreme Court will be the keynote speaker Sept. 20 at the Association of Business Trial Lawyers annual seminar.
The 29th annual event will be Sept. 18 to Sept. 22 at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The theme for this year's program is "Winning at the Beginning: The Battle for Injunctive Relief." It will feature educational sessions on subjects such as third-party witness depositions, evidentiary injunction hearings and temporary restraining order hearings.
Participants will receive 11.5 hours of MCLE credit.
