In-House Counsel Makes Move to Of-Counsel at Procopio Cory
The former general counsel to a San Diego clothing company jumped to Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch as of-counsel. Michael S. Levinson, 45, joined the firm's business and technology team July 1. He also will practice real estate law at the 70-attorney Procopio Cory.

Levinson was president and general counsel of the Weekend Exercise Co. Inc., a San Diego-based women's athletic clothing company.
Procopio has offices in San Diego and Carlsbad.
