SAN DIEGO - Newly minted defense lawyer Carlos Armour, eager to hone his legal skills, headed to municipal court in San Diego's South Bay, hoping to get on the court appointed list. Much to his surprise, Armour hit the mother lode.
"I had 15 cases that morning, all misdemeanor arraignments," said Armour, now a San Diego Superior Court judge assigned to misdemeanor domestic violence court.
