NAPA - Michael Williams' appointment to the bench in 2012 was a culmination of 11 years of work as a commissioner.
"I got the call on a Friday afternoon. My wife came home and said, 'Hi, honey,' and I said, no, it's 'Hi, judge,'" he said.
