NORWALK - The grief-stricken father spoke softly through tears as he stood before Commissioner Michael Schuur during a sentencing hearing for a teenager who had plunged a knife into the man's 17-year-old son. The boys' fight had been over a girl.
Nobody should have to die the way his son did, the man said through a Spanish interpreter. Nobody.
