SANTA ANA - One thing that irritates 4th District Court of Appeal Justice Richard M. Aronson during oral argument is when attorneys won't answer a question from the bench.
"That happens with some regularity," Aronson said. "When the lawyer continues to try to avoid answering the question, that can be frustrating for the justices."
