Daily Journal Staff Writer SUNNYVALE - Santa Clara County Judge John Garibaldi is recovering after the chest discomfort he started feeling early last month turned out to require a triple heart bypass operation. The 59-year-old Garibaldi, who watches his diet and exercises, was surprised to learn three arteries were almost completely blocked.
