SAN LUIS OBISPO - Judge Teresa Estrada-Mullaney commutes 40 miles to and from the downtown courthouse in San Luis Obispo.
She doesn't mind the drive. At the end of the day, she returns to the serenity of the Mediterranean-style home she and her husband, John F. Mullaney Jr., built 15 years ago on two acres in Arroyo-Grande.
