SAN DIEGO - The woman asked Judge David M. Szumowski to release her from formal probation so she could move to Florida.

"Hurricane country," Szumowski mused. "You still want to go?"

"Yes, your honor," the woman replied.

"Bugs, too," the judge warned. "You still want to go?"

"Yes," she said.

"What's in Florida?" he asked.

"My fiance;," she replied.
