  SANTA ANA - From the day Judge Thomas A. Glazier started work more than 18 months
  ago, he has been a "utility guy" for the Orange County Superior Court criminal bench. 

  His very first trial as a brand-new judge in December 2013 involved a felony charge
  of cocaine possession with intent to sell plus an enhancement for ties to a criminal
  street gang.
