SAN DIEGO - Karen Riley admits it: she's a nerd.
It's a state of mind that dates back to high school, when she played clarinet in the marching band.
Lately, she's into clogging, which is kind of like square dancing - Appalachian-style. But the dancers wear taps.
"It's very fun," Riley said. "It's also very nerdy."
