RANCHO CUCAMONGA - After rendering a sentence and wrapping up a hearing, Judge Colin Bilash likes to leave defendants with a few parting words of advice.

According to lawyers, the San Bernardino County Superior Court judge might tell a sober methamphetamine addict, newly graduated from court-ordered drug rehab, that he or she is on the right track and it's up to the person to continue on a positive path.
