SAN JOSE - U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stephen L. Johnson has always been good with numbers.
He brought those calculating skills to a job as a certified public accountant, but found it too dry.
He thought law might be more interesting, and was quickly tugged towards the bankruptcy practice at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco when he finished at UC Hastings College of the Law.
