LOS ANGELES - About three months ago Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Peter D. Lichtman walked into his courtroom, glanced at the day's calendar and smiled.
"To this day, in 16 years, it's probably the most difficult docket I've ever had," Lichtman said.
