LOS ANGELES - The glimmering glass courthouse where Judge Kathleen Thompson presides seems to blend with the corporate headquarters that share its sleepy Woodland Hills office park. But as business slows for some companies, noticeable by the "For Lease" signs nearby, business is booming for Thompson and her colleagues at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
