HAYWARD — Victor Rodriguez couldn’t help but chuckle when he was appointed in late 2017 to the Alameda County Superior Court.
The judge recalled late nights when he tagged along with his parents to help clean buildings in Livermore, one of which was the local municipal court, more than three decades ago.
