MONTEREY PARK -- Judge Victor H. Greenberg is settling into his new role supervising the Los Angeles County juvenile court and the new office that comes with it. It's the first time in 18 years he hasn't had a courtroom.
"They call this my chambers, but it's not a chambers because I don't have a courtroom attached to it," he said with a smile, gesturing to his office. "It's really a very different existence."
