LOS ANGELES -- Judge Terry A. Green will sometimes intervene in situations he sees as detrimental to a smooth-running case.
In a recent legal malpractice trial he oversaw in Los Angeles County Superior Court, he stepped in on multiple occasions, once to reprimand a plaintiff, and again to calm an argument between the same plaintiff and a defense attorney that devolved into screaming and name calling.
